Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

The diploma programme in C.A.C.D.& D.M. will develop students to: -

1.       Build career in fashion design, quality assurance, and product conceptualization by applying technical skills and understanding the garment industry within a broader social and cultural context.

2.       Pursue higher education and advanced specialization in areas of personal interest within the fashion and textile domain.

3.       Take up entrepreneurial venture through effective communication, teamwork and innovative problem-solving in the fashion industry.

Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)

Upon completion of Diploma in C.A.C.D. & D.M., Student will be able to: -

1.       Design textiles and fashion garments using CAD software, incorporating traditional textiles and historical clothing elements into creative design solutions.

2.       Develop finished garments from their designs using appropriate construction techniques and show the ability to take up small-scale entrepreneurial activities while following ethical practices.
