Grievance Redressal Committee
Mechanism of Grievance Redressal Committee
· The Grievance Redressal Committee comprises the Principal, Heads of Departments, and faculty members.
· Grievances and suggestions received through the suggestion box are examined by the committee, and appropriate actions are taken.
· The committee operates as per AICTE guidelines, and regular meetings are held to address and resolve the issues raised.

Mechanism of the Anti-Ragging Committee
· The institution collects undertaking forms from all students and their parents/guardians at the time of admission.
· Contact details of the committee members are made available through the display boards in administrative building and the institution’s website.
· Anti-ragging awareness boards are prominently displayed at key locations within the institution.
· An Anti-Ragging Squad is constituted, and regular monitoring visits are conducted at the institute.
· CCTV cameras are installed at strategic locations and are continuously monitored to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Internal Complaint Committee
Mechanism of the Internal Complaint Committee
· The ICC functions in accordance with the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
· The committee is headed by a senior woman faculty member and includes faculty members and external representatives to ensure impartiality.
· Any student or staff member can submit a complaint to the ICC in written form. Complaints are treated with strict confidentiality.
· Upon receiving a complaint, the committee conducts a preliminary review and initiates an inquiry following due procedures.
· Both the complainant and the respondent are given equal opportunity to present their case.
· The committee ensures a fair, unbiased, and time-bound investigation.
· Based on the findings, the report is submitted to the competent authority.
· The ICC also provides support to the complainant, including counselling if required.
· Awareness programs are conducted to educate students and staff about gender sensitization and prevention of sexual harassment.
