The Women Development Cell (WDC) of Shri K.J. Polytechnic is a dedicated body committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for female students and staff. The cell plays a pivotal role in promoting gender equity, enhancing self-confidence, and supporting the holistic development of women within the institution.
